Mandala Space collects very little, and only to arrange your session. This page sets out what we keep, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

This website has no sign-up form, no cart and no user accounts. Booking happens on Zalo, not on this site.

When you message us on Zalo: your name, phone number and whatever you write — passed to us by Zalo when you choose to message.
When you book: your appointment time and the therapy you chose. If you tell us about a health condition so we can pick the right therapy, we use it only for your session.
When you browse: anonymous traffic data — pages viewed, device type, where you arrived from.

Cookies and measurement

We use measurement tools to see how many people visit and where they come from — not to identify you personally. These tools set cookies in your browser:

Google Analytics — page views, traffic sources, device type.
Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel — to measure how our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads perform.

The only events we record are anonymous on-page actions: opening the Zalo link, tapping the phone number, viewing packages, switching language. We do not log the content of your messages, and we do not sell data to anyone.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally without them.

How long we keep it

Contact details and booking history are kept while you remain a Mandala Space client, so we remember which therapy suits you next time. Anonymous traffic data is kept for the measurement tools' default retention period.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, trade or rent your information. It passes only through the platforms we use to operate: Zalo (messaging), Google (measurement and maps), Meta and TikTok (advertising), Netlify (website hosting). Each has its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Message us on Zalo at 090 397 68 71 and we'll take care of it.

About what's on this site

Sound therapy at Mandala Space is a relaxation practice. It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a health condition, please speak to your doctor. Heart Soothing in particular is not suitable for guests with a stent or a replaced heart valve.

Prices on this site may change. The price that applies is the one we confirm with you on Zalo when you book. Session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
